Physicality

Though all tours contain the same caliber of teaching, not all tours move at the same pace or level of physical intensity.

Please be sure you understand which tour is best for you.

Demanding: 3-4 inclined hikes while covering between 4-8 miles a day
Moderate: 1-2 inclined hikes while covering between 2-4 miles a day
Walking: No inclined hikes while covering about 1 mile a day
